Returns Policy
We will accept returns but please follow our procedures to ensure a smooth transaction
1.Communication
Please notify us before returning parts explaining reason for return.
2. Parts Returned
Parts that have been especially ordered or manufactured to your personal specification cannot be returned.
Parts and packaging must be in a re-saleable condition.
Whilst every effort is made to give accurate application as advised by our suppliers, JRT Automotive can not be held responsible for claims or costs by non fits.
3. Warranty
We adhere to our suppliers warranty terms.
Advise us of the problem and we will send you a claim form.
Labour charges will not be honoured.
Claims will not be accepted for parts fitted to vehicled which have been used for rally racing or any other forms of motorsport.

1 KG to 5 KG - £8.00
5 KG to 30 KG - £10.00

Channel islands, Irish Republic, Isle of Wight - £16.00
Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Netherlands, France, Germany, Corsica, Monaco - £18.00
Austria. Italy, Switzerland - £22.00
Madeira, Portugal, Sardinia, Sicily and Spain- £30.00
Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Hungary, Malta, Poland. Sweden - £40.00
